Our warranty provides a two-year fit and finish protection covering the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in your home. We also provide a 10-year structural warranty. All manufacturer warranties are transferable. In addition, we insure all our homes against defects of any kind through the Bonded Builders Warranty Company.
